We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks and food.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food and alcohol handling procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in food handling or hospitality training is advantageous.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
