Job SummaryWe currently have an opportunity for a Summer 2025 Intern at the Melrose Park Production Facility to join the Manufacturing Production Team.
Payrate: $20.52 - 23.76. Final pay determinations will depend on level of education and position / pursued degree.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Production Manufacturing Engineers in new equipment/format qualification and implementation of process improvements.
- Learn Preparation and Fill Line technology (Parts Washers, Component Sterilizers, Filter Integrity Tester, Vial Washer, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Filling Machine, Isolator, Glove Tester, Capping Machine)
- Support qualification of new format parts
- Support qualification of new equipment
- Support implementation of program/mechanical equipment changes
- Analyze current manufacturing process and perform a gap analysis
- Design and implement process improvements
Community Outreach Project:
- Interns will be put into groups and be responsible for finding a local nonprofit organization to put together a community service day with.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university program; pursuing a related business field degree;
- Be classified as a minimum of a sophomore; and
- Must be planning to return to school at the end of his/her break
- Must commit to a minimum 10 weeks of internship
- Field of Study: Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
