Job Summary
The Patent Agent will be involved in supporting the U.S. Intellectual Property (IP) team and working closely with legal, scientific, regulatory, and business team members in the process. The candidate will be involved with new product development, patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate (FTO) assessments, and monitoring and evaluating of competitor patent portfolios in the pharmaceutical, nutrition, and intravenous (IV) therapy fields.
- This position requires working onsite 3 days per week at our Lake Zurich, IL site.
Salary Range : $120,000-131,000
Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary.
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
