Salary Range: $137,580 - $157,550
*Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary (include only if applicable to the grade level)

- Provide technical leadership and actively design and execute verification testing for the Infusion Management System.
- Develop scalable test architectures to validate complex medical device software efficiently.
- Refine testing frameworks and methodologies to enhance scalability and reliability.
- Validate secure and reliable data transmission using HTTPS and HL7 protocols.
- Ensure testing complies with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software projects meets business requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership to improve software engineering process efficiency.
- Lead defect resolution efforts and mentor team members in verifying software defects.
- Work with development and systems teams to define clear, testable software requirements and specifications.
- Perform impact analyses of software changes on system.
- Manage large projects or processes with minimal oversight.
- Mentor and guide testing engineers on best practices in verification testing.
- Track project timelines and ensure adherence to program schedules.
- Develop and execute formal Verification and Validation (V&V) plans and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain technical records and manage defect tracking using the defect tracking system.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8-10 years of experience.
Expertise in software product development and all phases of the SDLC.
Proven experience in designing and executing software verification testing for complex systems, within the medical device industry.
Experience in client-server performance testing, including HL7 protocol and web applications.
Strong knowledge of IIS, real-time systems, and databases.
Experience with at least one automation test tools (Squish, Silk, Selenium) and scripting languages (VB, Python, shell scripting).
Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent technical writing skills.
Experience in writing Verification and Validation Plans.
