About the Role
Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Analyst to join its team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry knowledge, hospital/pharmacy products, and/or medical device contractual terms and conditions. A bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and problem resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Develop and coordinate assigned account membership, including contract eligibility and Class of Trade reviews
- Qualify membership eligibility before chargebacks are processed, distinguishing between contracts, committed programs, and Class of Trade
- Administer and maintain all Class of Trade membership and fee eligibility in Model N system
- Timely and efficient confirmation and validation of contract eligibility within required timelines
- Act as ombudsman for assigned accounts and their members, investigating complaints and achieving equitable settlements and resolutions
- Facilitate internal functional groups, including written correspondence, contract updates, and maintenance
- Communicate pertinent information regarding membership to the field sales force and internal management team
- Perform audits related to sales and Class of Trade membership, both internally and externally
