About the Role: Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled leader to oversee the operations of its dialysis clinics. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain integrity of medical and operations records.
- Accountable for completion of annual reviews and compliance with regulations.
Patient Care Focus:
- Coordinate patient care with staff members from admission to discharge.
- Ensure patient education regarding quality measures, treatment options, and access care.
- Act as a resource for patients and families addressing concerns and questions.
- Manage timely patient schedules to ensure facility efficiency.
Leadership and Development:
- Select and hire new team members, ensuring completion of orientation and training.
- Responsible for employee evaluations, establishing annual goals, and documenting disciplinary actions.
- Maintain current knowledge of company benefits, policies, and procedures.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current state licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
