Job Summary
The Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, leading a collaborative team, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong background in business operations, clinical nursing, and supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards
- Partners with internal departments to ensure effective collaboration
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain integrity of medical and operations records and comply with data collections and auditing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- 3 years supervisory or project/program management experience
