About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to lead our hemodialysis team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting safe and effective delivery of patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in patient care plan meetings and ensure that all patient care plans are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain knowledge of current practices related to dialysis principles and techniques by participating in scheduled inservices.
- Train and orient new staff members as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
