Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care Management: Coordinate all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge, ensuring timely completion of assessments and care plans.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to staff members to maintain high-quality patient care standards.
Manage facility resources, including staffing, supply chain, and inventory, to achieve cost-effective clinical operations. Ensure adherence to FMCNA's Compliance Program, ESRD regulations, and industry standards. - <> Foster strong relationships with physicians, patients, and staff, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:
