About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Clinical Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Coordinate all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge of the patient.
- Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching and development plans for all direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce.
- Clinical Quality: Support and drive FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI).
- Compliance: Ensure all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations are met.
- Staff Management: Responsible for implementing FMS staffing models, recruiting and interviewing new personnel, and maintaining current knowledge of FMCNA benefits, Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes.
- Physician Relations: Facilitate strong Director and physician relationships and ensuring regular and effective communication with all physicians.
