Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Fresenius Medical Care as a Clinical Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.
You will lead a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
The ideal candidate will have 6 years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility, with 12 months of clinical nursing experience and 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
- Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate medical and operations records.
Responsibilities:
- Clinic Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and financials.
- Patient Care: Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop clinical staff members.
- Physician Liaison: Foster strong relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
