Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive quality care to patients.
- Inform, educate, and support staff in understanding the emotional, psychological, and behavioral impact of Chronic Kidney Disease on patients and their families.
- Support the Fresenius Kidney Care commitment to Quality Indicators and Outcomes and Quality Assessment and Improvement Activities.
