About this Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dialysis Program Director to lead our dialysis program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including patient care, staffing, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dialysis program.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective care delivery.
- Participate in Governing Body meetings and contribute to policy development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current state licensure.
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing, with 6 months in chronic or acute dialysis nursing.
