Key Duties:
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on clinical skills, patient safety, and quality improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to address them.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient care issues and improve overall patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field; Advanced Degree desirable.
- Current RN licensure and 6-8 years' experience in clinical nursing, with at least 3 years in supervisory or leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, and staff development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
