About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Patient Care Services to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and FMCNA standards.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and best practices across the organization.
- Foster strong relationships with physicians, staff, and patients to promote a positive work environment and excellent patient outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data and metrics to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Promote a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity within the facility and throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure and minimum 6 years' experience in nephrology nursing, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ESRD treatment options, clinical policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for meetings, training, and other business needs.
