We are seeking a skilled Clinical Manager Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care.
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical facility, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical standards. As a Clinical Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
You will coordinate all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge of the patient. This includes ensuring education of the patient regarding quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in clinical settings and supervisory roles. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people living with kidney disease. You will collaborate with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services, to ensure seamless operation of the facility.
