Job Summary:
The Healthcare Services Manager will oversee the delivery of psychosocial services to patients in a dialysis clinic, promoting rehabilitation and improving quality of life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that address barriers to treatment and promote optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are meeting performance standards
- Maintain current knowledge of local vocational/educational rehabilitation programs and assist patients with referrals and access to these resources
Requirements:
- Masters in Social Work degree
- State required license
- 3 years related experience
