Nursing Leadership and Clinical Operations
We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Clinical Manager at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of our dialysis centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining efficient clinical operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in managing business operations in a healthcare setting. You will work closely with a talented team to develop and implement care plans, provide dialysis treatment, and improve patient outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and clinical operations
- Conduct regular staff training and education programs to enhance clinical skills
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current state licensure
- 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
