Job Summary
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leadership Role to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining cost-effective clinical operations.
About the Role
- This position oversees all aspects of patient care, from admission to discharge, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of licensed personnel, direct patient care staff, and indirect patient care personnel, providing guidance and feedback on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members, ensuring timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
- Develop action plans for unexcused and missed treatments in collaboration with the Director.
- Plan, coordinate, and act as the liaison for patient care as per the disease management agreement, ensuring coordination of care with the multidisciplinary renal team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) and current state licensure.
- 6-8 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including 3 years' supervisory or project/program management experience.
