About Fresenius Medical Care: We are a leading provider of renal care services, dedicated to improving the lives of patients with kidney disease. As a Clinical Manager with our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.
Your Responsibilities: You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the dialysis facility, including managing costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards. You will also provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports. Additionally, you will partner with internal departments such as Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services.
Patient Care: You will coordinate all aspects of patient care with the appropriate staff members, from admission through discharge. You will ensure education of the patient regarding quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care. You will also act as a resource for the patient and family to address concerns and questions.
Staff Management: You will participate in the selection and hiring of new team members and ensure completion of new hiring orientation and mandatory trainings. You will also be responsible for all patient care employees completing appropriate training courses and that licensures/certifications are current.
