Job Description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a qualified Renal Care Director to lead our team. As a member of our renal care team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care provided to our patients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive plans to achieve quality and safety goals.
Lead and direct teams of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in nephrology nursing.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
Current appropriate state licensure.
Minimum 6 – 8 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
Must be available as a full-time employee and provide on-call coverage when necessary.
