We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. You will also be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
The successful candidate will have 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility and 12 months experience in clinical nursing. They will also have successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
