- Manages staff, including hiring, coaching, and counseling employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN)
- 3 years of supervisory or project/program management experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience required
