PURPOSE AND SCOPE :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and manage clinical operations to meet both short- and long-term objectives while ensuring cost-effective care.
- Develop and implement employee training and development plans to foster a productive and engaged workforce.
- Ensure adherence to FMS quality standards and regulatory requirements for ESRD.
- Act on adverse events and maintain compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring timely assessments and care plans for optimal treatment outcomes.
- Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure that staff receive required training for compliance and quality care.
- Participate in recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Oversee the management of facility equipment and maintain safety standards.
- Engage with physicians to strengthen relationships and facilitate effective communication.
- Participate in administrative duties to support operational excellence and efficiency.
