Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of clinical programs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
- Coordinate patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients.
- Perform ongoing analysis of patient data with each patient visit and document in the patient medical record.
- Adjust or modify the treatment plan as indicated and notify supervisor as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
