Job Overview
This Dialysis Operations Director position is responsible for leading the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU settings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with the disease management company to facilitate timely workup of patients for access management, dialysis services, patient education, hospitalizations, and kidney transplantation as appropriate
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs
- Maintain current knowledge of disease management software and systems
- Provide guidance and support to staff on FMS policies and procedures
Key Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or project/program management experience
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve results-oriented goals
Estimated Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 per year
