Hemodialysis Clinical Supervisor
Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hemodialysis Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and support staff in a hemodialysis setting and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of direct patient care staff and support staff in providing high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (R.N.)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of clinical experience in dialysis
