Role Overview:
">The Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of maximum quality care to all patients, while also providing leadership and technical expertise in dialysis operations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports to maintain an engaged and productive workforce. ">
- Techincally proficient in departmental knowledge and industry practices, with analysis and evaluation skills for diverse scope issues. ">
- Responsible for addressing adverse events and action thresholds, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and FMS policies. ">
- Oversee facility Home Therapies Program if applicable, accountable for timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans. ">
- Maintain efficient employee schedules, participates in CQI meetings, and coordinates patient care as per disease management agreement. ">
- Facilitate strong director and physician relationships, ensuring regular and effective communication with all physicians. ">
- Directs information gathering for billing and collection activities, maintaining efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies, and equipment. ">
- Reviews and approves payroll, profit and loss statements with Director, participating in Network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys. ">
- Responsible for maintaining current knowledge regarding FMCNA benefits, Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes. ">
Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), Current appropriate state licensure. ">
- 6 – 8 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ">
- Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical nursing, Experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU preferred. ">
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, performance management, and decision making. ">
