This role is ideal for a registered nurse with leadership experience and a passion for managing dialysis clinics. As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Operations:
- Manage clinic finances, including supply utilization and profit/loss review.
- Ensure compliance with data collection and auditing activities.
- Partner with internal departments to maintain integrity of medical and operations records.
- Patient Care:
- Coordinate patient care with staff members from admission through discharge.
- Develop patient education plans to ensure quality measures and modality awareness.
- Staff Management:
- Select and hire new team members, completing new hiring orientation and mandatory trainings.
- Ensure patient care employees complete training courses and maintain current licensures/certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing (RN).
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- 12 months clinical nursing experience.
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
