About the Position
- Assess, plan, and provide individualized care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote seamless care coordination.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for enhanced care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in nephrology care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Meet productivity standards, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Qualifications
- Candidate must hold a current RN license and CPR certification.
- A minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 200 pounds, with assistance when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
