Job Description: Are you a dynamic, motivated sales professional looking for a flexible career with unlimited earning potential? Fresh Approach Benefits is hiring a Remote & Field Sales Marketing Rep. This is a contracted, commission-only role focused on prospecting and booking appointments for our sales managers.
What You’ll Do:
- Existing Client Leads Provided!: Help existing customers with their active policies and assist them with completing their overall coverage plan by placing additional plans like Critical Illness, Universal Life and more.
- Field Prospecting: Engage with businesses in your local area to introduce our comprehensive benefits offerings.
- Remote Prospecting: Leverage your skills to create a custom, fully remote schedule that suits your personal marketing style.
- Lead Generation: Your main goal is to book high-quality appointments for our sales managers, helping you stack up earnings quickly.
- License Requirement: You must obtain a Health and Life Insurance license. Don’t have one yet? No problem! We sponsor the class to get you certified.
