The company was founded in Bethesda, MD in 2013, to bring fresh, made-from-scratch organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissant items inspired by bakeries in France to the DMV area. We have expanded to seven retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business. We serve coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day, 365 days a year.

We're looking for an entry level Field Marketing Coordinator to help share the Fresh Baguette story in our local communities! If you're a creative thinker, love connecting with people, and are excited to gain hands-on marketing experience, this role is for you.

About the Role

As our Field Marketing Coordinator , you will support local marketing efforts for our bakeries. You'll help organize community events, assist with social media, build relationships with local businesses, and bring fun, creative promotions to life. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact!

What You"ll Do

Community Engagement & Local Store Marketing

LSM)

Assist in planning and coordinating local marketing activities to attract new customers.

Help build partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.

Support the execution of in-store events, pop-ups, and collaborations.

Work with influencers and local media to spread the word about Fresh Baguette.

Assist store managers with marketing initiatives to boost their location's visibility.

Marketing Operations & Reporting

Track the performance of local marketing initiatives and provide insights.

Help manage marketing budgets for events and campaigns.

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.

Where You Will Work

In the field at our bakeries across the Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia area

In the local communities surrounding the bakery locations

When You Will Work

5 days a week

Monday-Sunday

Must be flexible to work anytime and day to be available for events, campaigns, and holidays.

Work hours for this position may vary and will not a traditional office schedule.
