Bakery Customer Sales and Service Associate
FRESH Bakery is seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join our dynamic team and work with best bakery in the world! (Well, we think so, anyway.)
Summary:
The Customer Service Superstar job consists of taking customer orders in person and on the phone, and account management while always providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process customer transactions
- Data entry and account management
- Correspondence with customers in person and over the phone
- Answer frequently asked questions and take customer orders/requests
- Carry out operations and job duties as assigned
- General bakery duties
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
To execute this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills (ability to work with Microsoft Office, Excel, software)
- The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Retail experience and/or web sales experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Knowledge of our company and a love for baked goods is important. The right candidate will be a special mix of nerd fun.
