Passionate about Bourbon? Fresh Bourbon Distilling Company is seeking individuals who are interested in educating local businesses and consumers on our innovative brand and products. As a Brand Experience Leader with Fresh Bourbon Distilling Co., you will be the face of our products in the Lexington and surrounding on/off premise markets. Hosting a wide array of events and product tastings while sharing the company’s history and quality products.
As a Kentucky Bourbon Distillery, Fresh Bourbon is deeply committed to crafting high quality small batch and single barrel spirits. Innovating with specialty grains, pre-prohibition style aging and more. We are looking to add to an already driven and passionate staff, providing an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing craft bourbon brand.
Requirements Needed:
- - Passion for distilled spirits, knowledge of spirits, especially bourbon.
- - Prior experience with group interactions, presenting or working events
- - Sales Experience is necessary
- - Availability Tuesday - Saturday
- - Positive and Friendly with an engaging personality
- - Demonstrates high level customer service and presentation skills
- - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all times, verbally and in writing
- - Problem Solving Skills
- - Valid Driver's License
- - 21 Years Old
- - Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
- - Must be able to sustain long Periods of standing or working on your feet.
Responsibilities
- - Educating Customers on the products and history of Fresh Bourbon Distilling Co.
- - Providing Samples and Tastings to gain business and consumer support.
- - Provide genuine, friendly, courteous, professional service to all team members, distributors, partners and customers.
- - Utilization of problem solving skills during unexpected situations
- - Constant Communication with team members and Leadership
- - Obtaining product knowledge through in-house training (Provided)
- - Other duties as assigned in support of business operations such as inventory of supplies, transfer of supplies, financial reports, customer reports, etc.
