Job Description: We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, fostering communication, and building relationships with our communities through their lifestyle directors. Additionally, they will play a key role in creating visually engaging content for our website, including flyers and visuals that showcase our fresh seafood, meat, and meal offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
- Create, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content and campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with our online communities by initiating and participating in conversations, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships with relevant influencers, organizations, and communities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, followers, and lifestyle directors to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Content Creation:
- Design visually appealing flyers, graphics, and other promotional materials for use on our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the other members of the team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and community management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
