- Order Preparation : Collaborate with operations staff to double-check and pack orders accurately into the delivery vehicle.
- Efficient Delivery : Follow the designated delivery schedule to ensure that all orders are delivered in the correct sequence and on time.
- Service Excellence : Adhere to the Fresh City Kitchen Sequence of Service, ensuring each delivery meets our standards for quality and presentation.
- Issue Resolution : Communicate any delivery issues promptly to Customer Service to resolve them effectively.
