Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning professionals to ensure top-quality service.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address client concerns promptly and maintain excellent customer relations.
• Collaborate with management to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
