Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning professionals to ensure top-quality service.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain excellent customer relations.
- Collaborate with management to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
