Evening Laundry Attendant and Driver

Fresh Clothes is a pick-up and drop-off laundry delivery service in the Greater Boise area. Our pricing model along with our innovative technology and team of energetic people help us stand out and provide outstanding service to our residential and commercial laundry customers.

We are looking for a flexible, energetic Laundry Attendant and Evening Driver who will excel in our fast-paced, ever-growing environment. Since this is not a conventional laundromat where people do their own laundry, you will be a part of an efficient operation without working around customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to the growth of the business. You should be a quick folder and enjoy doing laundry for a full shift. Interest in working evenings would be a plus as we need to expand hours of service.

Duties

• Drive company vehicles safely and pick up/drop off laundry efficiently
• Fill up vehicles with gas
• Launder and dry clean various types of linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry items efficiently.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Inspect items for stains or damage before processing and report any issues to management.
• Ensure that all laundry is completed in a timely manner to meet operational needs.
• Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

• Must be a fast-paced worker and work well with others
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a consistent basis
• Must be able to stand, walk, stretch and/or bend down for extended periods
• Excellent multitasking/organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology, creating efficient routes using Google Maps and driving safely while watching phone for key turns
• Attention to detail to create tags for customer laundry and make sure laundry is not mislabeled
• Nice to have: Changing oil on vehicles and vacuuming/washing/maintaining them
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback
• Adheres to company standards and code of conduct for professional appearance, communication techniques and customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
