What you'll do:
- Lead Business Operations – Manage office tasks, organize files, track job progress, and coordinate with our project manager to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Customer & Lead Management – Follows up on leads and helps convert inquiries into sales consultations.
- Networking & Community Engagement – Represent Fresh Coat at home shows, networking events, and lead groups to connect with potential clients.
- Financial & Administrative Support – Process payments, maintain records, and assist with some bookkeeping tasks.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in office management, marketing, customer service, or sales (a mix of these is ideal!).
- A self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Someone tech-savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and (ideally) CRM software.
- A natural problem solver who can juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
