Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the project.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all safety and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior painting (residential and/or commercial).
- Knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Dayton area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to lift supplies, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks.
