Duties

- Accurately operate the cash register, processing cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized regularly.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Assist with bussing tables in the café area as needed to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Perform basic retail math calculations to ensure accurate transactions.
Skills
