Job Title: Mechanical Systems Maintenance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and modification of mechanical systems, including refrigeration equipment, water treatment systems, hydraulic systems, air compressors, and other related systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, replace, and perform preventative maintenance inspections on mechanical systems, including refrigeration equipment, water treatment systems, hydraulic systems, air compressors, and other related systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with mechanical systems installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with cooling processes, refrigeration, vacuum pumps, compressors, condensers, purging, and water treatment.
- Familiarity with preventive/predictive based maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical power maintenance (480V) and process controls troubleshooting (PLC level to device level).
