About Us
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant at WebCraft Stylers, you will support our marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences. Create, edit, and manage content for marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Support the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities. Maintain and update the company’s CRM and marketing databases. Assist in the production of marketing collateral and sales presentations. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
