We are looking for an independent individual to join our Fresh Team. The position is responsible for overall accuracy within the department. This duty will include receiving, shipping and day to day functions within our ERP system. The individual will also assist and supports in other departments to ensure efficient operations throughout the facility. There will be daily and monthly inventory counts conducted that will be reported out to upper management. 

Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily cycle counts off all materials. This will consist of Raw, Packaging and PPE items.

• Daily responsibilities will include the return of all materials at the end of the shift.

• Will need to learn and utilize the measure and labor track daily. 

• High Attention to Detail

• Ability to work independently.

• Coordinating pick up and shipping details daily.

• Load and offload material to/from delivery truck, sort, reconcile, enter information into the ERP system and prepare for counting and QA inspection process.

• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

• Maintain and participate in site 5S program.

• Additional back up support for the warehouse department

• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School or equivalent 

• Forklift – 3 years

• Shipping and Receiving 2 years

• Warehouse – 2 years

• Proficient in Excel

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Regularly use hands to handle or feel. 

• Employee is exposed to extreme cold temperatures and moderate noise levels intermittently.  

• The employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, squeeze, using wrist flexion and extension with hands and arms. 

• The employee is occasionally required to stand up to 12 hours daily; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or overhead reaching. 

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

• Noise level is moderate to loud.
