Job Overview

Fresh Texas is currently seeking Production Associate Label Runners for our 5am & 7am shifts! This position will be in our San Antonio facility. Hiring immediately! 

Description

As a Production Associate Label Runner at Fresh Texas, you will work directly with the Production Team (Supervised) and ensure the following criteria are met on a day-to-day basis: 

• Assessment of current inventories in the labeling room, as well as production floor. 
• Distribution of labeling inventories to appropriate Team Leaders and/or Supervisors. 
• Distribution of said inventory to lines in need of labels. 
• Maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring Production labels are stocked. 
• Communicating Production Labeling needs to appropriate Team Leaders in both Spanish & English (as needed). 
• Participate in discussions and reporting any disruptions and or challenges faced daily. 
• Manage and coordinate Production labeling stock in the labeling room, as well as on the Production Floor.

Position Responsibilities

• Stay cool in our refrigerated environment, preparing and packing fresh produce. 
• Progress in your career from an Associate to a Machine Operator, Line Leader or move into a Material Handler role Opportunities for advancement begin after your first six months. 
• Get certified on multiple pieces of equipment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Desire to work in a diverse, fast-paced, organized production environment. 

• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. Be able to team-lift up to 70lbs. 

• Attention to detail and good time management skills. 

• A great can-do attitude!
