Job Overview
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Runner is delivering materials to the correct production area and moving finished goods to the shipping area.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Must always wear proper PPE in specified work zones (Hard Hat, Steel-Toe Shoes, High-Visibility Safety Vest, Hair Nets, Face Masks, Beard Nets, Gloves)
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
- Transporting production materials and finished products between the loading dock and production floor with manual and/or electric pallet jacks
- Stretch-wrapping finished goods and other items to prevent damage during transport
- Safe operation of electric and manual pallet jacks, following OSHA required protocol
- Manage time effectively and perform job in an efficient, expedient and safe manner
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills
- Certified electric (battery-powered) pallet jack operator (we can train you!)
- Safe operation of heavy equipment in congested work area
- Understanding of OSHA industrial regulations as related to Warehouse (we can train you!)
- Observant of all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Food Safety Regulations
- Ability to follow instructions in fast-paced environment
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Occasionally work independently based on production needs
- Enjoys working within a team environment
- Strong respect for quality, safety and continuous improvement
