Fresh Kitchen invites guests to build their own chef-inspired bowls “as fast as they can point.” Made from scratch and fresh to order, our menu features fresh greens, perfectly seasoned rices, hand cut roasted veggies, and hormone and antibiotic free grilled meats. All of our food is cooked with 100% Olive Oil and our entire menu is 100% Gluten Free.
SHIFT LEADERS are our future Fresh Kitchen Leaders. Our shift leaders are responsible for overseeing and ensuring a high energy, fun, and seamless shift for both team members and guests. The fundamentals of the role include focusing on food quality, guest experience, team support/ accountability, and overall shift success. THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values and contribute to a positive work environment
- Leads and inspires exceptional hospitality
- Responsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that’s made to our standards
- Develops and masters knowledge of all menu items and FOH stations
- Ensures team maintains a clean/ sanitary and safe working environment throughout the shift
- Follows essential operational policies and procedures
- Participate in motivating, directing, and training hourly team members throughout the shift
- Ensuring all guests have an awesome guest experience
- Maintains the flow of the shift by constantly monitoring dining room, service line, and cash registers, and jumping in to help when needed

PRE-REQs
- 18 year of age of older
- Passion for food and people
- Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire other team members
- Ability to delegate, follow up, and properly direct team members
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to varying priorities and needs
- Strong written/ verbal communication and listening skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Must go through certification in all FOH positions
- Must pass food Safety Certification and Final Shift Leader Validation and Assessments
