What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transportation Safety Administrative Assistant position at Fresh Logistics LLC?
Fresh Logistics is hiring a part-time Transportation Safety Administrative Assistant in Mendota Heights. This role will complete a range of general clerical, filing and record keeping support functions in accordance with Fresh Logistics, LLC standard guidelines. The best candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills, as well as strong communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Job Type: Part Time, Temporary
Schedule: 1st shift, 3 days/week - no weekends!
Wage: $18.00/hr
- Transportation safety experience a plus!
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, copiers and printers)
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
- Driver Qualification file maintenance
- Equipment file maintenance
- Accident file maintenance
- Perform other duties as needed
