What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Laborer - Immediate Hire position at Fresh Mark, Inc.?
Wage highlights:
- Starting at $14.00/hour, $1.50 shift differential for afternoon shift
- Pay raise of $.50/hour at 6 and 12 months, $.25/hour every months following the first year
- Opportunity to bid to higher paying positions after 6 months
- $200/week referral bonus for 2nd shift - both employees must be actively employed with our Canton location and bonus is active for one year
Requirements:
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Work in a cool manufacturing environment
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Work overtime and weekends if needed
- Stand for long periods as well as bending and twisting
